近日，國務委員兼外長王毅在緬甸蒲甘出席瀾滄江－湄公河合作第七次外長會。會后，王毅同緬甸外長溫納貌倫共同會見記者。王毅表示，瀾滄江—湄公河合作啟動六年來發(fā)展迅速，成功打造了區(qū)域合作的“金色樣板”。瀾湄六國將繼續(xù)秉弘揚“平等相待、真誠互助、親如一家”的瀾湄文化，推動瀾湄合作不斷提質升級。

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Monday that the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) has been turned into a "golden model" of regional cooperation six years after it was launched with fruitful results. During a joint press conference with Myanmar's Foreign Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin, which was held following the seventh LMC Foreign Ministers' Meeting earlier in the day in Bagan, Myanmar, Wang said the six countries along the Lancang-Mekong river will continue to treat each other on an equal footing and cooperate closely to promote development and work for the upgrading of the LMC mechanism.

2014年11月，中國在第17次中國—東盟領導人會議上提出建立瀾滄江—湄公河合作（簡稱“瀾湄合作”）機制。2016年3月，瀾湄合作首次領導人會議在海南三亞舉行，全面啟動瀾湄合作進程。瀾湄合作作為首個流域六國（中國、柬埔寨、老撾、緬甸、泰國、越南）共同參與的新型次區(qū)域合作機制，啟動六年來發(fā)展迅速，成果顯著。

2022年7月4日，瀾滄江—湄公河合作第七次外長會在緬甸聯(lián)邦共和國蒲甘舉行。會議發(fā)表了聯(lián)合新聞公報和關于深化海關貿易安全和通關便利化合作、農業(yè)合作和保障糧食安全、災害管理合作、文明交流互鑒4份聯(lián)合聲明，發(fā)布了《瀾湄合作五年行動計劃（2018-2022）2021年度進展報告》和《2022年度瀾湄合作專項基金支持項目清單》，用詳實的數(shù)據(jù)展示了瀾湄合作的豐碩成果。

瀾湄合作啟動以來，六國攜手同心、團結奮斗，為六國人民帶來實實在在的利益。未來，瀾湄六國將繼續(xù)秉持“發(fā)展為先、務實高效、開放包容”的瀾湄理念，弘揚“平等相待、真誠互助、親如一家”的瀾湄文化，持之以恒謀合作、全心全意促發(fā)展，推動瀾湄合作不斷提質升級。

增進協(xié)調配合，開創(chuàng)地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定新局面。當前，單邊主義、保護主義抬頭，雙方要加強在聯(lián)合國、東亞合作、瀾滄江－湄公河合作等多邊機制框架內的協(xié)調配合。

We need to make new progress in regional peace and stability by enhancing coordination and cooperation. Confronted by rising unilateralism and protectionism, our two countries need to strengthen coordination and collaboration in the multilateral fora, such as in the United Nations and within the framework of East Asia cooperation and Lancang-Mekong cooperation.

中老同為瀾滄江－湄公河合作機制重要成員。瀾湄合作機制自2016年正式啟動以來取得了豐碩成果，體現(xiàn)了“瀾湄速度”和“瀾湄效率”，培育了平等相待、真誠互助、親如一家的瀾湄文化。

China and Laos are both important members of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) framework. The LMC has achieved fruitful results since its inception in 2016. It has demonstrated a Lancang-Mekong speed and efficiency, and fostered a Lancang-Mekong culture of equality, sincerity, mutual assistance and affinity.
