根據(jù)國(guó)家和省法律、法規(guī)和有關(guān)規(guī)定，買(mǎi)受人和出賣(mài)人在平等、自愿、協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上就買(mǎi)賣(mài)商品房達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

第一條 項(xiàng)目建設(shè)依據(jù)。
